WW - Glycine Airman 24 hour pilot's watch, automatic, 36mm x 46mm to lug tips, 20mm lug width, original stainless steel screw back case with bi-directional 24 hour bezel with locking crown at 4, no strap, original black 24 hour dial with white Arabic numerals along perimeter and tritium luminous plots, date aperture at 3 and hacking wire at 12, 25J cal 1700/01, s#741919, triple signed. Includes the original box and a service receipt dated July of 1969 to a Major Eugene Collier for the sum of $17.20.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, working hack feature, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, very light oxide to steelwork, light tarnish to plates; excellent-plus dial with light darkened toning to some of the lume plots; excellent hands with dark luminous material matching the dial lume; lightly polished case shows light wear, still retains crisp bezel finishing, several dings on the lugs and case sides; original crowns show very little wear; good plastic crystal. Box shows little wear.
